Job Title: Client Experience Coordinator

Job Summary: As a Client Experience Coordinator at Dahab Dreams, you will be the heart and soul of our clients' vacation experiences. Based in vibrant Egypt, your role is to organize, coordinate, and oversee all events and activities, ensuring each client's needs are met with enthusiasm and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a range of events and activities tailored to our clients' interests and preferences.
  • Act as a chaperone for clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and enjoyment throughout their stay.
  • Be readily available to address any client needs or requests, offering prompt and effective solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with local service providers to enhance the quality and variety of experiences offered.
  • Ensure all experiences align with Dahab Dreams' standards of sustainability and cultural sensitivity.
  • Engage daily with our fantastic clients, ensuring their experience is unparalleled and filled with excitement.
  • Plan and coordinate interactive activities that add a spark of magic to our clients' journeys.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and local services, ensuring every request is met with enthusiasm and efficiency.
