About This Opportunity :
Maintenance Section Head is responsible for Leading the mechanical and electrical teams for the maintenance of production machines and utilities of the plant (ventilation, compressed air, water production, Cooling units, etc).
Reducing/eliminating unanticipated breakdowns and keeping the machines in good/proper conditions by carrying out scheduled proactive maintenance (mechanical + Electrical) planned tasks,

Job Description
- Training of maintenance team and production teams regarding the TPM activities.
- Developing standard operating procedures for all maintenance works.
- Ensuring that all maintenance works are done in line with the Quality, Environment and OHS Policies.
- Coordinating to plan, conceptualize, and create electromechanical designs to improve the productivity and quality of the products.
- Management of supplying the required parts for the maintenance works including the safety stocks of critical parts with considering cost concept and follows up the order through the ERP system.
- Increase the availability of machines with high performance.
- Supervise and ensure that the maintenance team is performing by the required standards.
- Assess the technicians in the trouble shooting whenever necessary.
- Developing testing processes and perform testing and validation of new designs.
- Performing engineering calculations to support design work.
- Creating and reviewing technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software skills.
- Collaborating with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work
- Performing detailed documentations to track tasks and maintenance processes.
- Executing and reporting the analysis regarding the failures and results of maintenance works and taking the required actions.
- Fulfills the duties assigned to him by his manager for the purpose of the job.
