Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team in Obour City, Cairo. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You will also be responsible for managing and optimizing social media campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
  2. Manage and optimize social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  3. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, videos, and graphics
  4. Monitor social media channels for customer comments and inquiries, and respond in a timely manner
  5. Analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  6. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals
  8. Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates
  10. Track and report on social media campaign performance to internal stakeholders

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  2. Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a focus on driving engagement and lead generation
  3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to think creatively and strategically
  6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  7. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  9. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
