- Collection of requirements from the project owner (Business Development Team & AV CIO)
- Handle all Project management activities.
- Cross-functional activities of internal alignment and communication.
- Actively manage all project reporting and record-keeping
- Govern all scheduling, commercial, procurement, and risk management activities conducted by the team.
- Kickoff projects with customers as well as act as the focal point of contact with customers.
- Review Progress Billings and reports by all project stakeholders.
- Review Change Orders in parallel with the Project commercial management.
- Prepare documents for uploading in project document controlling platforms.
- Manage Close Out Documentation.
You hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Business Administration or equivalent You have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role and environment (Landscaping, construction companies, real estate services company) You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently, and are reliable You possess strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client representatives, etc.). You are a team player PMP certification is a plus You adjust well to unforeseen / evolving situations You are proficient in essential project management software.
