Organizational Development Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for implementation of change initiatives to ensure they are carried out effectively. Navigating organizational transitions and fostering adaptability. Creating policies and procedures for the different aspects of the HR and the whole company, ensuring alignment with company culture. Reviewing data to identify opportunities for improvement in organizational performance.

 

Organizational Development Manager Job Duties:

1.        Change Initiatives Management:

o          You’ll oversee the implementation of change initiatives to ensure they are carried out effectively.

o          Your role involves navigating organizational transitions and fostering adaptability.

o          Data analysis informs your decisions and interventions.

2.        Policy and Procedure Creation:

o          Create policies and procedures for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture.

o          You’ll also train staff on these policies.

3.        Legal Coordination:

o          Collaborate with legal counsel regarding contracts, settlements, and arbitrations.

o          Ensuring legal compliance during organizational changes is crucial.

4.        Strategic Planning for Employee Engagement:

o          Develop strategic plans to enhance employee engagement and morale.

o          Your goal is to create a positive workplace environment.

5.        Research and Best Practices:

o          Stay informed about best practices in human resources, leadership development, talent acquisition, and organizational behavior.

o          Apply research insights to support company goals.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Academic and Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree with matching major. Experiences: 10-15 years’ hands-on experience in OD, L&D, & Training, preferable within FMCG, Food & Beverages and Retail.
