Responsibilities:

- Design and implement reporting systems to monitor key metrics.
- Review departmental compliance and report on results, recommending improvement steps.
- Measure KPIs using departmental reports and analyze trends.

- Create reports and presentations that convey developments and insights.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field.3-5 years of experience in strategy development and project management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI to create presentations and reports.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement process improvements.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
