- Implement monthly production plan, Solid Dosage Forms.
- Receive raw materials and manufacturing permit from warehouse and check manufacturing permit with the received amounts.
- Ensure the application of standard operating procedures and manufacturing manual in each step of the manufacturing process in Solid Dosage Forms.
- Ensure the application of standard operating procedures during cleaning and starting each machine.
- Check Weighed materials according to SOPs.
- Ensure the application of standard operating procedures in cleaning the manufacturing rooms.
- Check on Manufacturing rooms and all the machines before the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with packaging supervisor in order to finish the monthly production plan.
- Check staff attendance and inform the Section Head with any discrepancies.
- Register working hours and technical problems in the specified log book.
- Inform QC to take sample for analysis.
- Responsible for compliance with quality integrated system for quality, environment, health and safety in relation with his job and duties.
Proven 5 years of work experience as a Production Senior/Supervisor or similar roleSolid knowledge of Solid Dosage FormsAn ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesResident in Menoufya, Gharbia or Benha is a MUSTBSc degree in Pharmacy or relevant field
