Role DescriptionTechnical Support Coordinator is to provide enterprise-level assistance to programs and projects. This job is an actual communication node which communicates internally and externally as necessary with stakeholders, clients and customers that provides assistance to programs and projects. Responsibilities include archiving, documentation and organizing the technical work. Also, one of the important duties is to deliver lectures and orientation sessions to our events participants and deliver presentations to the group companies.Responsibilities- Prepare and develop technical content as needed.- Maintaining and monitoring online technical events and materials.- Work with marketing specialists and project coordinators to develop technical content.- Develop technical documents regarding the different projects.- Maintaining and monitoring work process of designing, building and developing products.- Deliver lectures, presentations and illustrative sessions.- Technically support participants & clients of different programs.- Lead and assist at the technical setup operation process.- Decide and follow up manufacturing processes.- Design technical setup, game fields and others regarding the major field.Job Requirements- BSc of Mechatronics / Electrical / Comms Engineering.- Must have 1 year to 2 years of experience in the same position or relevant field.- Good practical experience at robotics (UGVs & ROVs).- Participation in a heavy robot competition (Robocon, ROV, Metal Monsters, Minesweepers, ….)- Good practical hands-on experience in mechanical design process.- Basic Knowledge of PCB & basics of microcontrollers.- Have an organizational experience with student activities.- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint & Google Apps.- Good experience in content writing (Technical).- Good presentation skills, flexible team player & analytical.- Very good to Excellent command in English and Arabic
