Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of counter staff at transportation terminals, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Train and mentor counter staff to deliver exceptional service, handle ticketing, manage baggage, and assist passengers with inquiries and concerns.
Monitor and manage counter operations, ensuring accuracy in ticketing, fare collection, and passenger information.
Address passenger inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments, such as scheduling, maintenance, and security, to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
Maintain records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and customer preferences to propose innovative ideas and enhancements.

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the transportation industry is highly preferred.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with passengers, employees, and stakeholders effectively.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations professionally.Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing operations, schedules, and paperwork.Proficiency in using computer systems and software for ticketing, reservations, and reporting.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per transportation schedules
