Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alexandria, Egypt for an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing correspondence and emails, and assisting with other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Office Administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
