Site Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Supervisor – Waste-to-Energy Project
About the Opportunity:
Green Tech Egypt/Renergy Group Partners present a unique opportunity for individuals to be part of the Employers organisation during the EPC construction of Egypt’s first Waste-to-Energy project.
Responsibilities:
As the site HSSE Supervisor for construction of our projects, your responsibilities will include:
- Taking charge of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental aspects at the project site during the construction stage.
- Drafting and implementing HSSE procedures.
- Daily supervision and coordination with the contractor’s HSSE team to establish and maintain adherence to strict safety and environmental protection policies.
- Apply site safety inductions and training to workers and visitors at site.
Reporting Structure:
You will report to the Project Director.
Contract Details:
- Employment Duration: 2 years with a 1-month trial period.
- Work Location: Employer’s offices at the project site in Abu Rawash (Giza).
- Working Schedule: 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), averaging 9 hours per day during the construction stage.

Minimum Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:University degree in a relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in establishing and maintaining HSSE procedures in multi-disciplinary projects, particularly with an international EPC contractor.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player.Proficiency in both English and Arabic, in both speaking and writing.
