As a Real Estate Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Presenting an inventory of properties that are competitive and meet the financing requirements of a variety of clients.

2. Acting as a consultant for buyers, providing advice on market conditions and investment opportunities.

3. Attending meetings with clients to discuss property sales.

4. Answering client questions and addressing their needs.

5. Finding new clients, establishing a referral pipeline, and building strong relationships.

6. Keeping up-to-date with trends in the local residential and commercial property markets.

7. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.

8. Assisting in negotiation processes and advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

9. Maintaining and updating listings of available properties.

10. Staying knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

 


Qualifications:1. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.2. Ability to work effectively in a team.3. 0 to 6 months of real estate experience.4. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.5. Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor.6. Familiarity with MS Office.
