Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.Work cross-functionally with all associated departments to provide visibility into order status.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Check that the required materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.Follow up with the sales team and the finance department for each order to ensure the full payment before delivery.Track the shipment of materials to ensure the deliveries on time.Follow up the production plan and keep the sales team updated with the delivery schedule.Cooperate with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues.Respond to customers’ complaints and coordinate with relevant department to solve it.
