• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives for expansion into international markets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish supply chain policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Oversee the entire logistics function, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Evaluate and optimise transportation routes, carrier performance, and distribution networks.
• Manage and coordinate import/export activities, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations. 
• Collaborate with overseas partners and vendors to establish efficient supply chain processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure the reliability of the supply chain. 
• Monitor and assess supplier performance, addressing any issues to maintain high-quality standards.
