- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate network solutions.
  - Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners.
  - Design and architect network solutions based on customer needs and industry best practices.
  - Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the presales process.
  - Assist in the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and technical documentation.
  - Develop and maintain network automation scripts and templates to streamline deployment and configuration processes.
  - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Cisco product offerings.
  - Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product requirements and enhancements.
 

1. *Education and Certifications:*  - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.  - CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is mandatory.  - CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification is highly preferred.  - MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) certification is preferable.2. *Experience:*  - Minimum of 7 years of experience in network engineering and presales support.  - Proven experience in designing, selecting, and implementing network solutions.  - Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Cisco networking products and technologies.  - Experience with Microsoft server technologies and systems is an advantage.  - Familiarity with programming languages relevant to network automation (e.g., Python) is a plus.3. *Skills:*  - Proficiency in network architecture design and implementation.  - Strong understanding of routing, switching, and security protocols.  - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  - Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
