- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that quality standards are met, and deadlines are achieved.
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during production and provide technical support to the production team.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the production process, including specifications, work instructions, and test procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the production process and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure that they are following standard operating procedures and producing high-quality products.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related field.At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and same industryKnowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as IEC 61439 and UL 508A.Experience with AutoCAD or solid works or Autodesk inventor other design software.Experience in low voltage panels manufacture and sheet metal processor. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during productionConversant with MS Office applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
