- He supervises the flow of the production process inside the factory according to the scheme to reach the highest level of quality and address the problems that occur, in coordination with the supervisor and production and packaging technicians.
- It organizes the work internally and externally and follows up the repairs of technical defects in machines and molds that occur in coordination with a supervisor and maintenance technicians and follows up the implementation of the work on a permanent basis.
- Supervises the quality of the materials received for manufacturing, in coordination with the supervisor, factory workers, and the Purchasing and Planning Department
- Reviewing production rates and required quantities during the shift in coordination with the department's supervisor and workers.
- Reviewing production reports daily to maintain the delivery of the required quantities on time for all items.
- He prepares periodic reports and statistics on the workflow in the factory, and submits his recommendations to develop and improve the work mechanism to raise the efficiency of performance. He also submits the necessary proposals and recommendations to make any amendments or facilities to the policies and procedures in accordance with the work requirements.
- He reviews and approves the estimated budget of his department, directs all management activities within the framework of the approved budget and monitors any deviations to ensure compliance with the approved budget.3
- He monitors the performance of the factory workers, evaluates their technical level, and supports them technically with the aim of creating high cadres and directing them to implement occupational safety and health instructions.
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Production Dep).0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred.Strong organization, management and Leadership skills.Strong analytical thinker.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
