Setting Safety processes and Polices

•              Preparing and reviewing emergency and evacuation procedures and following up on their implementation in accordance with the standards and requirements of the facility.

•              Develop plans to replace and renew firefighting equipment.

•              Preparing prevention and firefighting plans.

On going Development and Cultural awareness

•               Spreading cultural and preventive awareness of occupational safety and health about training, daily short lectures, and publishing weekly and permanent guidance boards.

•              Preparing non-conformity reports for the risks of the changing work environment and determining the corrective and preventive action for them.

•              Identify all activities in the facility and all production processes taking place in it and take the necessary precautions to prevent potential risks.

•              Develop his subordinates awareness and training needs

Operating the Departmental and the Occupational Safety and Security Operations

•              Identify the risks in the work environment in terms of their characteristics, sources and ways in which workers are exposed to their risks and their effects on the health of workers and the economies of the facility.

•              Preparing work permits before starting the procedures of maintenance work and repairs that may cause a risk to the safety and security of the facility and its employees.

•              Preparing the required documents and adhering to the legal requirements received from the Manpower Office of the Occupational Safety and Health Department.

•              Review the movement of portables and match them with the book and permits necessary for them with a review of the weekly inventory submitted by security companies.

•              Preparing unified reports on daily accidents in all locations and the findings of investigations into those incidents.
