  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Support in making the action plan with the engineering manager in coordination with planning team. 
  • Make sure that all needed and last updated drawings and Q.S are ready on time for the team on site 
  • Review the purchasing requests sent from the site regarding the steel bars and make sure that the purchasing request is matching the plan and shop drawings and make sure that all the documents are fulfilled. 
  • Participate in preparing technical and material submittals.

Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role in steel structure.Graduated from civil or mechanical section.Hands-on experience with Tenders/Tekla/Shop drawing Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
