- Coordinate and communicate with all the different stakeholders involved, analyze requirements of a tender, and develop key solutions.
- Manage Documents: Manage the documents provided by potential suppliers, evaluate pricing, and prepare documentation for the tender.
- Coordinate With Internal and External Stakeholders: Analyze tenders, coordinate efforts internally, communicate with potential and current suppliers, and negotiate their terms.
- Develop compelling correspondence, helping, and creating presentations for tender submission, and ensuring compliance with tender guidelines.
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of tender and proposal submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements and internal guidelines.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to gather relevant information for tenders and proposals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and materials for tender and proposal submissions.
- Review and edit tender and proposal documents to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's products, services, and industry trends to effectively articulate value in tenders and proposals.
- Track tender and proposal opportunities, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
- Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to tenders and proposals
- Prepare and design any supported reports.

A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Majors: Marine, Mechanical, Civil) is preferred.Fluent in English, and any other language is a plus.+2 years’ experience in tendering, planning, Economics, procurement, or supply chain.Have experience in project management, tender works, cost estimates, or project control/finance/analysis work.Problem-solving, High communication skills, project management, able to be part of an international team, customer service oriented.Organized mentalityGood listener
