- Handling social media messages/telephone/face to face inquiries and reservation.
- Creating an excellent first impression by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance and pleasant manner at all times to all visitors as they come through reception.
- Providing accurate information concerning activities, games and availability.
- Taking money for activities and accurately accounting for money and transactions at the end of each shift.
- Always ensuring the safety and security of visitors and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the back and front of the counter spotless clean as well as all equipment used by players
Working Conditions:
- King Mariout, Alexandria
- Working hours: Working hours will be flexible based on bookings.
- Weekends and holidays are main working days due to the business nature.
