- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, Workforce Analytics, etc.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors applications, addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor clients and team members on SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting, with a strong understanding of various modules.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects.In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Workforce Analytics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.SAP certification(s) in SuccessFactors or related modules is highly desirable.Experience working in a consulting environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
