Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Export Dept. Manager with a focus on the herbs and spices market to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in increasing sales, managing international shipments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enter and expand the company's presence in the EU market for herbs and spices.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience of the Herbs market to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Manage and build relationships with key clients, negotiating terms and agreements to maximize business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment for the market.
  • Stay updated on the market trends, trade regulations, and industry developments to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and process export documentation specifically tailored for the market, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery to the client and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive client experience. 
  • Coordinate and oversee the export process for herbs and spices, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.5-7 years of proven experience in export operations, preferably in the herbs and spices industry.In-depth understanding of the market, including regulatory requirements, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.Demonstrated ability to increase sales and expand market share in the.Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Familiarity with export-related software and tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required.
