- Process the monthly payroll in an accurate, compliant and timely manner by following all internal procedures and processes as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely processing of all governmental report requests concerning wages and benefits of employees.
- Create monthly payroll reports, which includes the pre-process journal and final journal for review, reconciliations and approvals.
- Responsible for opening bank accounts for the newly joined employees
- Performs daily payroll operations
- Respond to employees inquiries & requests regarding payroll issues or concerns &Handle employee complaints
- Assist in monthly payroll & pay slips issues
- Maintain and document all payroll records
- Ensure tax reconciliation is done annually for employees.
- Updates and reconcile monthly bank statements.
- Reconciles payroll before transmission and validates confirmed reports.
- Preparing and calculating the final settlement of resigned employees.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.

- Coordinates with all internal functions within various departments to ensure the completion of Payroll processes.
- Enter employee’s data on the company attendance system Hits DNA HRMS and provide them by their username and password to the new employees.
- Provide training about HITS system to the new hire employees.
- Prepare necessary sheets bus, medical subscription and internal loans, mobile dials.
- Dealing with the mobile network operator company regarding activation & termination of the employees’ dials.
- Revising the mobile network operator invoice with the employees’ consumption and the invoices payment with the finance division.
- Responsible for Internal loans process upon request.
- Responsible for the annual budget plan.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annually rewards, incentive and bonuses
- Responsible for sending monthly sellout reports to alert the sales and their managers by their target achievement.
- Update daily employee’s database files and system setup on HITS system the company attendance system.
- Establishing a proper organizational structure.
- Communicating with the CRM team to ensure the integration between HITS system and CRM.
Familiarity with business software such as HITS system is a must.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. Minimum experience in Payroll from 3-5 years. Payroll backgroundLabor law background . Excellent organizational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. numerical skills.
