Lead Qualifier
- Meet the volume of cold calls per shift as per the set KPIs.
- Meet the quality standards set as per the SOP.
- Meet the targeted KPIs as set by the direct manager.
- Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
- Respond to requests from customers as needed courteously and professionally.
Administrative
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Taking minutes at meetings.
- Typing up letters and reports.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Liaising with staff in other departments, finance and HR.
- Conduct data entry and Updating database.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
- Registration forms.
Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)Ability to work well under pressure.Target-oriented and positive attitudeProspecting & objection-handling skillsInside/telephone sales experience.Strong communication skills.A minimum of 1 year in a professional selling role.Ability to work individually and in a team.
