For a big trading company in Heliopolis, we are looking for an Admin. assistant to the Parts Manager in their Service Center in Gesr El Sewiss,
Working conditions:
6 days from Monday to Saturday, one day off (Sunday)
Working hours:
From 9 am to 7 pm (from Monday to Friday).
From 9 am to 3pm on Saturday.
Job responsibilities:
- Filter and remove all unused codes on the company local system.
- Create new codes.
- Create barcodes at GS1.
- Create parts list (exploding view and our Arabic descriptions ) to be used in sales process.
- Make relations on the system by machine and each part valid for this machine.
- Inventory control and check warehouse availability.
Required skills:- Good communication skills ( Verbal, written )- Good personal attire, Consistent, professional dress, and manner.- Ability to solve problems and handle tough situations.- Organized.- Multitasker.- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
