We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who meets the following criteria:
- Must have at least two years of experience in the same field.
- Must have a laptop for work.
- Reception of all inquiries and complaints from customers and prompt response to them.
- Ability to handle work pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and ease of working with laptops.
- Good English language skills.
- Age should not exceed 30 years.
Note: The work will be at the company's in Nasr City.
Please note that working hours are from Sunday to Thursday (8 hours daily).
