- Performs daily payroll department operations.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Calculate preparatory payroll transactions and salary
2:4 years of experienceExcellent in using MS Office applications (High level in Excel is a MUST.)Previous experience on HR system .Good knowledge of Labor law Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Business Administration.
