- Develop a detailed project plan outlining goals, objectives, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Establish project milestones and deliverables to ensure progress tracking and accountability.

Bachelor’s degree.Certificate in Project management is an asset.Skills & Experiences:Strong leadership.5+ years of experience in project management.Fluent in both Arabic and English.Strong Planning capability.Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to LTC or hospital scope is an asset.Customer focused, with strong commitment on patient centered care & quality of care improvement.Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision making and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
