Recruitment Coordinator

Coordinating the recruitment process from beginning to end:

  • Following up the existing Recruitment plan.
  • Sourcing potential candidates by using different recruitment channels.
  • Headhunting.
  • Designing and posting job Ads.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Following up Interviewing process and interview assessments.
  • Following up with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinating with departments' managers to forecast the hiring needs.
  • Coordinating with managers and heads to select the most qualified candidates.
  • Editing and updating job descriptions.
  • Checking references if needed.
  • Composing job offer letters.
  • Coordinating new hires requirements with the concerned departments before hiring date.
  • Conducting recruitment analysis.
  • Update recruitment database.

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM with Friday and Saturday off.
  • Head Office: 5th Settlement, New Cairo.

Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment.Previous experience in Real Estate companies is highly preferred.HR Certificate is preferred.To have professional connections.Excellent Communication skills.To be excellent in English.Professional and active user of recruitment channels and networks.Excellent computer skills.Excellent Negotiation skills.Time Management skills.Punctuality.To be presentable.
