- Monitoring the execution of daily tasks in accounting management, including "preparing financial reports, invoices, collections, payroll statements, and budget preparation."
- Assuming responsibility for "cash receipts, vouchers, payroll and facilities statements, treasury, cash forecasting, revenue and expense variance analysis, capital asset reconciliations, check collections, fixed asset activity, and company debts."
- Reviewing the entry of supplies into the system.
- Reviewing tax invoices for sales and purchases.
- Reviewing daily collection movements with the collections accountant.
- Reviewing all required reports from the accounting department.
- Reviewing the company's tax position with the legal accountant.
- Monitoring the report of the external auditor for the company.
- Monitoring daily revenues and expenses.
- Monitoring and reviewing the comprehensive audit balance.
- Hiring and employing accounting staff and conducting performance evaluations.
- Coordinating training programs for new employees and identifying training needs for current employees.
- Achieving financial manager's objectives.
- Supervising the fixed assets inventory process for the company.
- Supervising the inventory process for the company's warehouses.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce Educational
- Certificates in accounting such as Certified Management Accountants
- Work Experience: 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager
- well known with the Oddo system.
Skills and Abilities Required for the Job:
- Excellent knowledge and experience in accounting software and databases.
- Problem-solving skills, strong observation, and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of using office equipment such as PCs (all Microsoft Office applications).
