  • Establishing foundations and standards for the organization’s governance that do not conflict with the provisions of the law, the executive regulations and these regulations, supervising their implementation and monitoring their effectiveness after their approval.
  • Preparing the necessary procedural and organizational regulations that ensure that the institution carries out its work, achieves its goals, and follows up on their implementation after their approval by the President of the Board of Trustee.  Implementing and circulating the organization’s systems, regulations, decisions, instructions and instructions.
  • Identifying the organization’s needs for programmes, projects, resources and necessary equipment and supervising their provision.
  • Follow up on marketing plans and collect in-kind donations.
  • Proposing rules for investing the association’s surplus funds and mechanisms for activating them.
  • Drawing and implementing development and training plans and programs that improve and develop the performance of the organization’s employees in the sector. Providing the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees with data and information about the organization, preparing follow-up and annual reports for its work sector, and updating the association’s data periodically.
  • Providing a monthly report on the efficiency and performance of department managers in the sector
  • Improving the organization’s services.
  • Follow up on the progress of the organization’s work, develop indicators to measure its performance and achievements at the level of plans and resources, verify its direction towards goals, address problems and find solutions to them
  • Participation in the preparation of financial reports and the draft estimated budget of the institution in accordance with the standards considered in preparation for its approval. Preparing the semi-annual and annual career calendar with the human resources department for employees in the organization and submitting it for approval.
  • Issuing circulars and instructions regarding the organization’s work progress.
  • Supervising all activities and events carried out by the organization and submitting reports on them.
  • Preparing periodic reports on all of the organization’s work explaining the achievements, obstacles, and ways to address them and submitting them to the Board of Trustees for approval.
  • Assuming the secretariat of the Board of Trustees, preparing the agenda for its meetings, writing minutes of meetings, and working to implement the decisions issued by it.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors in its field of competence.

Holds a high qualification in one of the specializations related to community and administrative workPostgraduate studies in project management are preferred.Required Skills:Managing work teams.The ability to organize time.Ability to work under pressure.Exp: in Charity Foundations
