- Carry out and/or supervise breakdown maintenance for critical and/or complex plant equipment in order to ensure that plant and equipment downtime is minimized & repair any sudden malfunction.
- Analyze and study breakdowns occurred to find out the root causes in order to terminate them.
- Planning and implementing scheduled Maintenance & inspection programs
- Create detailed technical reports and maintenance presentations.
- Drawing required manufacturing parts
- Managing & supervising maintenance technicians
- Inspect and test received spare parts to the warehouse and ensure spare parts availability.
- Follow up the preventive maintenance orders and register them on ODDO system.
- . Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments on maintenance activities in order to ensure that maintenance provision meets the ongoing needs of the production process.
- Identify and recommend equipment / systems for procurement, provide technical specification, perform technical evaluation of equipment and suppliers and follow up where appropriate.
Implement Safety Standards and Integrate safety into all maintenance operations and ensure working conditions and safety at work
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronic)2-4 years of relevant experience (Working experience with manufacturers is a must.)Preferred who have Experience in Air Compressors & Hydraulic Strong knowledge and hands-on equipment’s maintenance Knowledge of modern maintenance techniques Excellent computer skills ( 3D drawing software is a must.)Soft Skills: Team working, good communication, time management, creativity, vision, and problem-solving skills.
