Job description:

This is a full-time on-site Construction Projects Manager role, located in Cairo. The Construction Projects Manager will oversee project coordination, process and procedures, budgeting, construction management and project management to ensure the construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include supervising the project team, suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and ensuring that all work complies with the latest building codes and regulations.

You will be responsible for successful project scope, schedule, budget, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. You will develop, execute, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all project reporting and other work that supports the project.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for achieving the project’s objectives and your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the Projects Department, ensure each project is well managed by the Project Managers/Engineers and sub-contractors
• Ensure Project Managers are quoting effectively for the benefit of company profit.
• Ensure the Project Team are well managed and suitably analyzed to ensure continued good practice.
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projects.
• Assist and advise Project Managers where required.
• Managing strategic relationships with projects different consultants.
• Ensuring that the project management plan aligns with the organization's overall strategic plan.
• Evaluating and analyzing work planned, performed, and deliverables.
• Create, maintain, and adhere to communications plans and schedules.
• Communicate predictably and consistently.
