We're a manufacturing Multinational company located in Heliopolis, seeking a dynamic Corporate Compliance Paralegal Manager to oversee and ensure regulatory adherence, drive excellence, and champion legal compliance initiatives within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk analysis and manage remedial measures to verify compliance with supply chain laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to develop and implement compliance strategies and initiatives specific to supply chain operations.
- Review and analyze documentation, contracts, and agreements related to supplier relationships and supply chain management.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for suppliers and internal stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and track compliance-related issues and investigations.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and compliance updates to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to compliance activities and findings.
Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Paralegal certification or equivalent semi-legal education/training highly desirable.Prior experience in a compliance-related role, preferably with a focus on supply chain compliance or similar field.Knowledge of supply chain laws and regulations, particularly within the context of international trade and labor practices.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is required.
