- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate quality control inspectors to ensure consistent and accurate inspection of products.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production managers to address quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor and analyze product defects and customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality control in the textile industry.
- Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with all ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001 policy and procedures.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.
- Defines and lead processes related to integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 22000, 14001) and OHSAS 18001 International Food Standards, etc.
- Developing and implementing quality standards by leading Inspectors to testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Potatoes & Citrus packing house & Farms is A PLUS.Export and foods safety knowledge is preferable.Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, or equivalent.Willing to relocate to another sites.30-45 age group. Ability to manage changes effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Very good command of spoken and written English and Arabic.Work under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to communicate with staff of all levels.
