- Managing project to meet project objectives.
- Develop a detailed project management plan.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to ensure that the project is delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
B.Sc. Degree in Civil OR Architectural Engineering + MBA or PMP.Must have proven working experience as a project management in large size commercial projects.Experience in Real Estate companies is a plus.Excellent knowledge of all Engineering aspects like procurement, QS, Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
