  • Deals with our customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence, and resolving customer’s issues at first contact where possible.
  • Delivers what is promised in line with customer expectations.
  • Provides excellent customer service to basic inbound customer calls by keeping up to date on training and internal communications.
  • Generates customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services.
  • Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate.
  • Directs customer feedback via complaints, compliments, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Takes the extra mile to engage customers.
     

Bachelor's degree in any related field.Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.Previous customer service experience in a similar role is preferred.Excellent communication skills.Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve issues.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
