- Prepares Monthly Analysis of sales sections (Pharmacies, Chains, E- Commerce, Trade marketing, Key Account, Key Retail), and any other sector may be added in the future to track achievement.
- Gathers sales data from various sources such as point-of-sale systems, and Akhnaton customer’s sales out reports to Ensure that the data is accurate, complete, and relevant for analysis.
- Identifies patterns, trends, and correlations in the data to provide valuable insights for business improvement.
- Leads the integration of technology into the sales function to guarantee high sales efficiency.
- Measures the impact of trade offers on sales to support decision making.
- Evaluates factors such as product performance, customer segmentation, and sales channels to optimize sales strategies and improve revenue.
- Utilizes statistical techniques and software tools to analyze large datasets like Power BI to Lead in the development of the sales reports.
- Identifies opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention strategies to support decision-making processes.
- Works on Geo-mapping of our customers to optimize sales coverage and lead efficient/Cost effective coverage plans.
- Produces a Daily Sales Report (DSR) with details by customer level as well as Sales Representative level to increase productivity & Efficiency.
- Produces Distribution Tracking Reports for Sales representative level as well as Shelve Keeping unit (SKU) Level to ensure company hits agreed distribution targets.
- Produces Set of reports known as the Fact Book that summarize the business and highlight opportunities for change/growth.
- Produces Oracle reports and all needed reports to support the sales function.
- Collaborates with marketing teams and supply chain teams to provide accurate sales forecasts that support production planning and inventory management.
- Evaluates the accuracy of sales forecasts, identifies factors that contribute to forecast deviations and Recommends strategies to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecasting errors.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and supply chain to provide analytical support for decision-making processes.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance data collection processes, automate repetitive tasks, and improve analytical models to ensure Staying updated with the latest industry trends, data analysis techniques, and tools.
- Supports the District managers with all needed reports to support decision-making processes.

-Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field -1 years of experience as a data Analyst or similar role in a commercial distribution or supply chain environment.-Certificate in Data Analysis-Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.-Good command of using different Microsoft office programs.
