-Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with the internal departments
-Coordinating and sending all reports related to Stocks and Sales to manager in a daily basis
-Daily total sales report.
-Responsible for monitoring in a daily basis Warehouse’s Stocks
-Follow up on wholesale and retail special offers daily or weekly
- Resolve Customers issues
- follow up on customers’ requests and inspecting on the customer service at the company
- In charge of the purchase order, Sales Order, Return order process and their documentation.
- Provide Sales team with a sales report that illustrate the Quantity, Value and items of sales and customers
-Bachelor degree.-(1– 2) years of experience-Excellent command in Microsoft Office Applications (Especially Excel).-Good command of English-Excellent communication and time management skills
