We are seeking a talented and creative Architect / 3d visualizer to join our team. The Designer will be responsible for understanding clients' design needs and creating designs that meet their requirements .
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative design concepts for projects .
- Prepare all design plans for presentation to clients .
- Create 3D/2D models and renderings to help clients visualize designs .
- Provide interior design mode board and concept and deliver it with high-end rendering .
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .
- Prepare project documents ( project design drawings, BOQ, etc.) .
- Set project estimates according to budget .
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize simultaneous assignments and work under tight deadlines .
- Teamwork abilities and working collaboratively with staff members .
Gender: Any .BSc/MA degree in Architecture / Interior Design .Experience from 4 to 8 years .Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and 3d visualization.Proficiency in Related Programs “ AutoCAD , 3d max , Photoshop ,MS Office”.Experience in work of BOQ .Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications .Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works .Preferable from (Rehab city or nearby) residence .
