Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for interior fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into overall design plans.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify electrical requirements and potential challenges.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for electrical installations.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
- Undertake splitting the project into packages to be sent to the suppliers.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure pricing the items on time.
- Preparation of financial and technical comparison sheets to analyze the variance of commercial and technical offer.
- Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors to minimize the cost and coordinate the payment terms and then select the most appropriate one.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering within the interior fit-out industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the market.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
