- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with distributors, retailers and other channel partners and working closely with them to understand their needs, provide necessary support and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
- Identifying new partnership opportunities within existing channels and exploring avenues for expanding into new ones. This includes analyzing market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiating contracts with partners
- Negotiating lease costs, rental, FOC marketing, placement of retail kiosk etc. to maximize sales while maintaining profitability
- Providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to excel in their roles


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- At least 2 years of experience in the technology industry is a must- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.- Very good up to excellent English level.- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
