- Developing reports for teams across the business
- Testing Developed Workflow on our ERP System
- Understands the changing nature of the role and adapts to changing and growing tasks as the organization develops and expands.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Can train new End user to use the ERP System
- Providing technical support to teams within the organization & On the sites also “Branches” if needed.
- Assisting with systems integrations, migration, and implementation
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date ‘Entry Level’
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Follows any additional work tasks not outlined above but related to job function as requested by line Manager.
- Minimum Understanding for How ERP Backend works
BSc of Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration.Have experience in database administrationHave 0-2 work experience in similar rolePreferred who has worked with Aesthetic centers or medical sectorsWorking knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming..Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Keen attention to detail.Good organization, time management and prioritization.Efficient troubleshooting abilities.Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
