- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Communicate our vision and mission in sector/ segment
- Conduct market research to identify target markets and customer segments.
- Manage a team of outsourced (agencies) and in-house marketing team working on brand initiatives.
- Work on suitable media plans and publishing for all activities along with managing media buying
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Create social media and online planning as well as Brand Plan
- Devise innovative growth strategies (sales Promo’s, sell-outs, sell-ins, installments, .,,,)
- Work with the team on events and activation
- Developing and executing monthly and annual marketing budgets
- Ensuring all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Monitoring the performance of ongoing campaigns to identify areas for improvement by Marketing Management
- Review Corporate Identity Periodically
3-5 Years Of Experience.Fluent English Speaker .A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.Familiarity with B2B Business is a plus. Manufacturing back ground is a plus .
