This role will be supporting business partners on commercial acumen in relation to business performance and commitment.Responsible for developing and delivering dashboards that highlight business performance based on defined KPIs to senior leadership across NEMARepresenting NEMA in strategic analytics projects and driving their execution and deliveryResponsible for developing and delivering insightful solutions that support senior leadership in taking strategic business decisionsEmpower to learn and be part of Advanced Analytics board to bring latest tech to NEMAResponsible for developing and optimizing NEMA incentive SchemeKey Responsibilities: Business Data AnalysisEnhance NEMA Analytics and adapt solutions to the specificities of various countriesDevelop NEMA Countries dashboards to track and monitor our brands performance including IMS and Patients trackingGather, collect, and connect in one central platform all our internal data per country and per account (NTS, IMS, Patient, Price, Inventory)Support the commercial team with forecast modelling and sophisticated statistical analyses across complex data sets to craft incentive scheme design with a well define territory allocation per key account specialist/key account associateMonitor and measure NEMA sales plan effectiveness through statistical analysis using data sources and systemsDevelop dashboard to track & enhance sales force engagement using predictive analytics, forecast modelling, and advanced statistical analysis.Build and validate strategies designed to drive sales behaviour key to achieving strategic business objectives and financial commitmentsPartner closely with NEMA BUM/CM, EM/EMEA Analysts, and COE team at all levels across multiple internal teams on forecasting, IMS, NTS, iQVIA data & other EM reportsPartner with our Distributor Database Management (DDM) to ensure the accuracy and the availability of the IMS sales data for all countries then ensure a proper IMS targetingLeverage IT tools, automated learning, and machine learning technologies to increase our performance and compensation forecastingPartner closely with J&J systems teams, IT, and external business partners to drive efficiencies across multiple data systemsMaintain procedures in partnership with Commercial team members to shape the analyticsAdditional Potential Role Responsibilities will be assigned as determined by leadership and driven by plan evolution/tied to business strategyReporting, Control, Optimisation and Recommendation Provide insight and commentary around Countries/Business Units/CVT/TA resultsBuild & shape different dashboard to control the business performance & provide more insights to Countries, CVTs and NEMA leadership teamEnsure accuracy of products performance and prepare monthly review presentations for NLT Ensure a SMART and comprehensive sales incentive plan design for KAS, KAA and SMWork With Other FunctionsWork with all levels of management to ensure key analytics functionalities are understood and that the Foundation’s business strategy is in line with the overall organizational prioritiesWork closely with EM Analytics and technical teams to ensure measurement, tracking plans and analysis are strategically aligned and are fully functioning across all channelsResponsible for the alignment of marketing & sales to facilitate & maintain relationships with high value customers, provide feedback to the management, collect and compile data to enable marketing & sales to make quick, informed decisions, measure effectiveness and deliver personalized customer careResponsible for initiating integrated approach with brand teams to upgrade and validate business performanceDirect reportManagement of a Business Performance and Process ManagerQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
