Sales Expert / Consultant in Iraq to be managed from Egypt

  • Develop and implement sales policies, monitor their execution, evaluate results, and prepare specialized sales documents and reports.
  • Study the market, follow its developments, analyze it, identify & develop marketing goals and sales methods, and estimate expected sales volume.
  • Develop and modify sales plans to meet customer needs and company goals.
  • Coordinate pricing, analyze production costs and pricing, set competitive prices that ensure profitability and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor sales reports by collecting and analyzing sales data, evaluating the effectiveness of sales plans, making necessary adjustments, and understanding and analyzing sales growth.
  • Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets.
  • Develop & motivate employee performance by designing the delivering training courses for sales staff and setting criteria and conditions for receiving incentives.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree or PhD in Business Administration. At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on B2B and B2C. Excellent communication skills. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others. Proficiency in English. Work from the company's headquarters in Egypt. Cairo. Sheraton.Sales retail industry.
