  1. Office Support: Provide general administrative support, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs, and managing office facilities.
  2. Petty cash Management: to meet office needs.
  3. Communication and Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between internal staff, external stakeholders, clients, and vendors. Communicate information effectively and professionally.
  4. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as expense tracking, budget monitoring, preparing presentations, taking meeting minutes, and other assigned duties.
  5. Data Entry and Database Management: Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems accurately and efficiently. Maintain data integrity and generating reports as needed.
  6. Document Management: Create, edit, format, and proofread various documents, such as reports, memos, presentations, and spreadsheets. Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  7. Record Keeping: Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation in a systematic and secure manner. This may include employee records, contracts, invoices, or other important documents.
  8. Research and Reporting: Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports or summaries as required.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.1-2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant.Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printer machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
