- Meet and greet walk-in all Customers (beneficiaries or donors).
- Acquainting the clients with service offered by the foundation.
- Updating the clients with the foundation of new services and campaigns.
- Respond to all donor's queries in a safe, timely professional manner.
- Preparing daily / weekly reports about the beneficiaries/donors.
- Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's inquirers.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Years of experience 1 -3 Strong verbal communication skills. Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude Teamwork spirit Customer Service Oriented. Resident from Cairo is a must Residents of rehab , elshrouk , eloboor , Nasr City or Heliopolis are preferable
