We are seeking 10 highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our well-known company as Outbound Call Representatives. This position is specifically for residents of Maadi, and we require candidates to have graduated from their respective fields.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Effectively communicate with clients and customers using excellent English language skills.
2. Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers to promote our products and services.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain and enhance our company's reputation.
4. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team and individual goals.
Job Requirements:
1. Residence in Maadi, Cairo.
2. Graduation from a recognized university or institution.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
4. Experience in outbound calling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
7. Flexibility to work during fixed morning shifts.
